PushWard is published on Google Play by maclucky (MAWIK Maciej Kędziora). You can delete your PushWard account and its data at any time, in the app or without it.
How to delete your account
On the web
Sign in at console.pushward.app/account with an Apple ID, Google account or email address your PushWard account already signs in with. The app on iPhone, iPad and Mac signs in with your Apple ID, and the Android app with Google or Apple. Signing in with one your account does not have creates a new, empty account instead. Then choose Delete account under Danger zone and type delete to confirm. If you signed in more than 15 minutes earlier, the console asks you to sign in again first.
In the app
- Android: open Settings and tap Delete account at the bottom.
- iPhone, iPad and Mac: open Settings and choose Delete Account at the bottom.
By email
Write to [email protected] with your PushWard user ID (shown in the app under Settings > Account) or an email address your account signs in with. Sign in with Apple gives us no email address, so if your account signs in only with Apple, include the user ID. We answer within 30 days.
Deleting your account in the app or the console takes effect at once and signs out every device. It cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Your account and everything tied to it: your devices, activities, notifications, widgets, tokens and integration keys, sign-in methods and email addresses, the email recipients you registered and the records of emails you sent, and your purchase records. Backups roll over within 30 days.
Organizations where you are the only member are deleted with your account. A PushWard Team subscription of one of them ends at once, and the unused part of the period already paid for is not refunded except as the Refund Policy provides. In an organization with other members where you are the only owner, the admin who joined first becomes the owner, or the member who joined first when there is no admin. You leave every organization, and none of them sees your devices any more.
What is kept
- If you started the free 14-day PushWard Team trial: a SHA-256 hash of each email address you sign in with, and of the identifier Apple or Google gives us for your account, so the trial cannot be started again with a new account. We do not keep the address or identifier itself, and we keep the hashes for as long as we offer free trials.
- Email addresses that hard-bounced or reported mail as spam stay on our suppression list, so we do not email them again.
- Entries in an organization's audit log about changes you made there, with the IP address and user agent recorded for them, stay with that organization, no longer linked to your account, until they are deleted after 12 months.
- Paddle keeps the invoices and billing records of PushWard Team as the seller, under its own privacy notice. We keep our records of Paddle's payouts to us for as long as Polish tax law requires (five years from the end of the year in which the tax on them is due).
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it first: for Google Play in the Play Store app under your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions; for the App Store in your Apple account settings (on iPhone and iPad, the Settings app under your name > Subscriptions).
